Guided Health Advisor

Preparing for care just got easier

In 2024, we ran a successful pilot amongst select clients to enhance customer engagement of our Guided Health Advisor program through a new delivery platform.

What is Guided Health Advisor?

Guided Health Advisor is a program designed to help our customers prepare for care internationally. It assists our globally mobile customers with better understanding their health needs while away from home, supporting a healthy and successful international assignment.

The new platform enhancements include:

  • A more user-friendly platform
  • The ability to request an outreach by a Cigna Healthcare nurse for assistance and support, regardless of risk
  • Better resources based on health condition, location, age
  • Easier access for pre-eligible customers without a login using a QR code, URL, or by texting a code to the provided phone number
  • Future enhancements include outreaching newly enrolled customers via SMS and/or email

While the program’s questionnaire is still accessible on Cigna Envoy, we are encouraging an easier way to complete, even if customers don’t have their ID card, by selecting one of the following options:
